Our approach
A new chapter, lived your own way.
Everyone has their own habits, preferences and story. DOMUS starts there: supporting each resident with what they need while respecting their privacy, their choices and their relationships.
Personalized support
Knowing how you like to start your day, what helps you, and what you prefer to do yourself.
Comfort and privacy
A space of your own to rest, with your belongings and your own rhythm.
Activities and community
Things to join when you feel like it, and places to talk and share.
Close to family
Spaces to welcome visitors and clear communication with the people you choose.
The residence
An existing building, reimagined for a new way of living.
DOMUS Pacheco proposes adapting the Lumina Pacheco building for older adults. The site, of approximately 16,000 m², is bordered by trees and brings a sense of space and calm.
The residential adaptation is at project stage. The spaces described reflect the planned proposal.
- Natural light in everyday spaces.
- Comfortable, warm interiors.
- Shared spaces for conversation and activities.
- Private areas for rest.
- Connection with outdoor spaces.
- Accessible circulation planned in the adaptation.
- Places to spend time with family.
Spaces
Your space, your moments, your privacy.

Rooms are designed as a place of your own to rest and feel at home. The final configuration of each option will be defined in the adaptation project.
Private room
Privacy to rest, keep your belongings and organize your day your way, with practical furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere.
Shared room
An option for those who prefer company, with personal space for each resident and support suited to their needs.
Care & wellbeing
The right support for each person.
Care starts with getting to know the person. DOMUS proposes support that adapts to each resident and is reviewed over time.

FAQ
What families usually ask us.
Is DOMUS Pacheco already open?
Not yet. DOMUS Pacheco is a project in development. Register your interest and we'll keep you informed as it progresses.
Who is the residence for?
Older adults looking for a comfortable place to live, with community life and the everyday support they need — and the families who accompany them.
How are each person's needs assessed?
Before admission, an assessment looks at routines, preferences and support needs. Based on it, a care plan is agreed and reviewed over time.
How is a residence different from care at home?
A residence adds community life, shared spaces, activities and a team present every day. Care at home lets someone stay in their own home. We can help you think through which fits best.
What types of rooms are planned?
Private and shared rooms are planned. The final configuration will be defined in the building's adaptation project.
Which services will be included?
The proposal brings together accommodation, meals, daily support, activities and hospitality. We'll share the detailed list in a personal conversation.
What medical and nursing care will there be?
DOMUS contemplates nursing and medical support. We'll explain what coverage Pacheco will have, distinguishing nursing presence, scheduled medical visits, on-call support and external emergency services.
How will families be involved?
Through a clear contact channel, involvement in admission with the resident's agreement, communication about relevant changes and spaces to spend time together.
Will short stays be available?
The project focuses on permanent residence. If you're considering something else, tell us and we'll let you know which options may be available.
How much will it cost?
Fees depend on the room type and the assessed support needs. We can talk and prepare a tailored proposal.
